OUR PROCESS
Receive a print or drawing of the desired part or provide design engineering services to clients who need help turning their concepts into functional parts or assemblies.
Provide quote for multiple quantities and estimated time frame for production and delivery to market, offering competitive pricing for larger quantities.
Conduct quality control inspections for new parts and sending the First Article Inspection (FAI) report to the customer for approval.
We use Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, which are the primary tools for producing accurate components, with precision of +/- .0005. The technology has evolved significantly, with software now used for control and monitoring purposes. We offer a range of services including milling, lathe, cutting, prototyping, production runs, design, and engineering with a dedicated team of over 70 years of combined experience.
Our impressive equipment includes HAAS CNC machinery, manual mills and lathes, waterjet and a laser etching machine. We work with a variety of materials, including carbon fiber/fiberglass, aluminum, magnesium, carbon steel, stainless steel, plastics, exotic alloys, sheet metal, and glass.

OUR PROCESS
We either receive a print or drawing of the desired part from clients or offer design engineering services to assist them in transforming their concepts into functional parts or assemblies.
We conduct Takeoffs manually or using PlanSwift.
A proposal is then drafted and presented to the client for approval.
Subsequently, we utilize software programs like AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create the part.
Upon approval, we proceed to the manufacturing phase.
Throughout manufacturing, we adhere to a rigorous quality control process, ensuring that our products meet strict standards and are continuously documented.
